Identified - We are aware of an issue affecting RC channel regions running version 2025-02-14.13331882069. On some region crossings or teleports, the avatar will become unable to navigate, and an error 'Unable to find specified agent to request permissions.' may appear on attachments. This issue is being tracked in this feedback portal report: https://secondlife.canny.io/server-bugs/p/unable-to-find-specified-agent-to-request-permissions-errors. We've identified the cause and have a fix in progress.
