Second Life’s WebRTC voice communication service is currently experiencing problems. During this time, voice service may be intermittent or unavailable entirely in regions on the Second Life Preflight, Second Life RC BlueSteel, Second Life RC Ferrari & Second Life RC LeTigre server channels.
