Second Life Support will be closed on May 29, 2017, in observance of Memorial Day. This will impact Premium and Concierge chat, in addition to Billing and Concierge phone support.

Support cases will continue to remain open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To submit a support case please visit https://support.secondlife.com

We will resume normal business hours the following day on May 30, 2017.
