Investigating - We have seen an increase in reports of inventory loss via error messages that contain the text "failed to create" when moving groups of objects between containers of any kind, rezzing objects (groups and single), picking objects up (single and groups), and similar movements.

An example of these is "failed to create inventory," which is the most commonly encountered error message. Our engineers are working to resolve this. To minimize the chances of encountering this, please make sure to rezz a smaller number of objects at a time.

Update - Intermittent routing issues may be affecting some Residents. Alternative routing options, such as VPNs or alternate DNS providers, may prove helpful in circumventing network routing problems.

Investigating - We are aware that some Residents are having connectivity and login issues, with higher rates of issues in certain regions of Europe (but not limited to these areas alone). While we investigate, it may be helpful to try basic network troubleshooting tips such as restarting your computer, router, or wifi access point, as well as updating your DNS provider or clearing your DNS cache.
