Identified - We have received increased reports of unreliable teleports and region crossings, including when logging in. At this time, we do not have an estimated time for resolution. Our engineers are actively investigating.

Update - During these restarts, we will be deploying a hotfix to rollback some recent changes that may be causing login, teleport, and region crossing issues such as the "Failed to grant capabilities" error.
