Investigating - We have received some reports from residents about attachments not being visible after teleporting or loading into a region. Our engineers are working to fix this issue and believe it should be resolved in next week's rolling restarts.

Investigating - Support has received reports of connection-related issues from Residents in Western Europe, particularly Italy. Most report receiving the error message "Despite Our Best Efforts" at login, while some report also being able to log into alternate accounts without issue.

We are investigating this issue further. In the meantime, we have heard of some success with residents using virtual private networks (VPN's) to alleviate the problem.

Scheduled - There will be no rolling restarts for the Second Life Main Channel today (October 8th, 2024). Rolling restarts for the Second Life Main Channel server will resume on October 15th, 2024. With no rolling restarts, many regions go longer than usual without restarting. If you experience any performance issues, we recommend restarting the region as a first step. Restarting a region can sometimes fix an issue; however, if you still have issues afterwards, please reach out to Support via ticket, live chat, or any available phone lines, and we'll be happy to assist you.
