[8 February 2010 - 10pm PST] Linden Lab will be performing required maintenance on Monday night February 8, 2010 at 11pm Pacific (PST). The upgrade will take up to 3 hours to complete. Residents may experience some isolated instances of teleport and transaction failure. Linden Lab appreciates your patience during this necessary upgrade period.

We’re installing a few upgrades and restarting PJIRA beginning at 1:00 a.m. Pacific tomorrow morning.
Even if PJIRA seems accessible during this time, you may lose edits. Please refrain from updating any PJIRA pages during the maintenance window.

Hi everyone, another server deploy is upon us! The schedule for the rolling restart is thus:
- 2010-02-10, 7a - 12p: Pilot Regions[1]
- 2010-02-16, 7a - 12p: Even numbered sims
- 2010-02-17, 7a - 12p: Odd numbered sims
Regions should be down no more than 30 minutes. If yours is down longer than that, please leave a comment with the region name and we’ll look into it. This thread will be updated with the status of the deploy when it begins.

[11:55 AM PST] We are currently experiencing problems with possible tp failures and general inworld services. Please refrain from rezzing no copy items and and making purchases. We are investigating the problem and will post updates here.

[Resolved] Monday, February 8th 6.16am This has now been resolved and all services are running as normal. If you have any issues please contact Support for further help.
Monday, February 8 2010 at 5:00 a.m. Pacific, we’ll be closing logins and disabling major inworld services for ninety minutes of upgrade work on our databases.
During the maintenance, logins, account registrations, XStreetSL, and the land store will be unavailable. Â The Knowledge Base will remain accessible.
Residents who are in world will not be disconnected when maintenance begins, but will lose access to services such as
mapping,
teleport,
inventory,
object and L$ transfers, and
LindeX.
We’ll warn in world several minutes before the outage begins, and we’ll post any changes to the scope and schedule of the work here as they develop.
We appreciate that this will inconvenience a number of our Residents. The maintenance work is to enhance the stability and performance of our database-backed services.

[Resolved @ 8:09 am] This issue has been resolved and logins have been restored. Once again, thank you for your understanding.
There have been a few reports of Xstreet experiencing some difficulties in regards to logins. We are currently investigating the situation. Thank you for your patience while we work towards a resolution.
