[Resolved 7:10 AM PST, 22 December 2014]  The unscheduled phones maintenance is now complete.

[Updated 2:15 PM PST, 19 December 2014] Phone service is currently restored. However, poor weather conditions are adversely affecting service providers in San Francisco, which could result in intermittent outages throughout the afternoon.

[Updated 8:21 PM PST, 21 December 2014] We continue to work on restoring any content lost from this issue. Many assets have already been recovered, and we anticipate that process to continue. Please continue to keep an eye on this blog for further details as we have them.

[Posted 6:12 PM PST, 18 December 2014] Due to a recent internal error, some Residents may have noticed a few items were recently replaced within their inventories. We are working to reverse the process and hope to have the original items restored quickly.

If you believe that your items were affected, please keep an eye on your inventory - you should see the original items restored soon. There is no need to submit a support case or otherwise report the issue at this time.

In addition to restoring the original items as quickly as possible, we are also taking steps to resolve the issue that caused the error so that we can avoid repeating it in the future. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

Ongoing Second Life Wiki Maintenance

[Posted 3:20 PM PST, 17 December 2014] In October, we discovered an issue regarding the Second Life Wiki (http://status.secondlifegrid.net/2014/10/15/post2378/) that required maintenance to resolve. This maintenance is currently ongoing. During this ongoing maintenance, the wiki remains available in read-only mode. At this time, we do not have an estimate as to when the maintenance will be completed, however, please be advised that the maintenance is proceeding and is of a high priority. We’ll post as soon as the maintenance is completed, and thank you for your patience.
