Issue Tracker and Wiki Maintenance Saturday March 20th

[POSTED March 19th 2010 9:00am PST] Our issue tracker (jira.secondlife.com) and public Wiki will both be down for maintenance on Saturday, March 20th, from 1:00am PST until 3:00am PST.  During this time, we do ask that residents refrain from posting any new issues, nor edit any wiki pages, as the system may be restarted and they will not be saved.

[RESOLVED March 18th 5:50pm] Login problems have now returned to normal.

[UPDATE March 18th 5:10pm] There are still some residual problems with logins, we are investigating the issue and are working to resolve it. Please watch here for any new updates.

Support Portal Down Saturday, March 20, 2010 from 10:00pm to 10:30pm PDT

[POSTED  2:30pm PDT] Our Support Portal will be down for scheduled maintenance on Saturday, March 20, 2010 from 10:00pm to 10:30pm PDT. Support tickets and Live Chat will be unavailable during this time. Telephone support will not be affected.

[Resolved] Asset Server Error Messages

[Resolved 2:20pm PDT] We have resolved the issues with the asset server. Residents should feel free to resume in-world purchases.

[UPDATE  1:30pm PDT] We continue to work on the asset server issues.

[UPDATE 11:43am PDT] We continue to work on the asset server issues.

[UPDATE 9:42am PDT] Work on the asset server issue is still in progress.

[8:42am PDT] We are aware of a problem affecting some residents when rezzing or deleting items and getting asset server error messages. We also suggest temporarily refraining from inworld purchases until we give the all-clear. We are currently investigating the problem and will post updates here.

[RESOLVED 3:31pm PDT] Log ins have returned to normal.

[3:02pm PDT] We are aware that some residents may be experiencing log in issues. We currently are looking into the problem and Log ins may continue to be slow as we work toward a solution. We will post further updates as we have them.

[RESOLVED] Land Store Maintenance

[RESOLVED 10:08 a.m. Pacific]  The Land Store is back in service.

The Land Store will be undergoing maintenance today, Wednesday 17th March 2010, from 9.30am until 10.30am Pacific.  No land purchases will be possible during this time.

[RESOLVED March 16th 2010 10:56am] All residents should now be able to use voice chat as normal.

[POSTED March 16th 2010 9:51am] Some residents in-world may be experiencing issues that are not allowing them to voice chat with other residents.  We are aware of the issue and are working to get it resolved.  Please watch here for further updates.

[Resolved 11:40pm PDT, 15 Mar 2010] Tickets and Live Chats are back online.

[Posted 11:20pm PDT, 15 Mar 2010] We are currently experiencing issues with the Live Chat and tickets. Until we resolve this issue, residents will not be able to create tickets or speak to a live chat agent. For abuse issues, please continue to use our abuse report system. Telephone support is still available. We are working to resolve this issue and will update you here with further information.
