Update
During these restarts, we will be deploying a hotfix to rollback some recent changes that may be causing login, teleport, and region crossing issues such as the "Failed to grant capabilities" error.
If you continue to experience these issues after restarts have concluded on Wednesday, August 5th, please reach out to Support.
