Investigating

We are currently performing unscheduled maintenance on the Live Chat service. This has resulted in Boxy 5000 being unable to create tickets. However, Manual ticket creation is still available by clicking Submit A Ticket on the top right corner of any page on the support portal. Live Chats with agents will also still be available during this time.
