[Posted 7:03am PST, 14 December 2011] We will be beginning rolling restarts on the Magnum, BlueSteel, and LeTigre RC server channels shortly. Please refrain from rezzing no copy objects, making inworld L$ transactions and please save all builds.

[POSTED 6:47PM PST, 12 December 2011] Rolling restarts for regions on the main Second Life server channel will commence on Tuesday, December 13th at approximately 5:00am PST. Please save all builds and refrain from making purchases during this time.

[RESOLVED 6:45 PM PST] All maintenance on Linden Realms has been completed and they are now back online.  We are currently clearing broken crystals and fixing quests. Enjoy!

Scheduled Billing System Maintenance

[Posted 9:00AM PST, 05 December 2011] On Thursday, December 8th from 9:00am to 11:00am PST we will be conducting maintenance on our billing and payment systems. During this maintenance, some residents may lose payment information saved to their account and be unable to add new payment methods to their account. In addition, some payments may fail to process during this time.

If you are having trouble during this maintenance, try adding a new payment method to your account. If you are unable to do so, please wait until the end of the scheduled maintenance to try again.

[RESOLVED] Critical OS Software Upgrade — Region Restarts

[RESOLVED 12:58AM PST, 01 December 2011]  This round of upgrades has been completed.  We will begin more upgrades later today. We will update this blog when work begins, as well as throughout the process.

[Posted 9:23 AM PST, 01 December 2011] Starting today we will be upgrading our simulator system software on the Agni main grid, which will require an extended period of region restarts. We expect this maintenance to be completed by December 25, 2011. We will update this when work begins, as well as throughout the process. The first round of upgrades will begin shortly.
