Issues with Recurring Billing

[Posted 1:20 PM PST, 8 January 2016] We are aware some users were not properly billed for recurring charges (Premium subscription fees, Mainland Tier, Private Island maintenance fees) that had an expected billing date during the past week. Users that were not billed for charges due should expect these fees to be charged by normal means shortly. Please monitor this blog for additional  updates
