[Posted 5:35am PST, 24 January 2012] We will be conducting maintenance that may cause some residents not being able to login and some residents already inworld may be logged out. It may also prevent inventory from loading. Please keep an eye on this blog post for updates. This maintenance is expected to take no more than an hour and a half.

[RESOLVED] 2:31PM PST, 23 January 2012] The my.secondlife.com issues have been resolved. Profiles are now available from both inworld and the website.
[POSTED 1:47PM PST, 23 January 2012] We are aware that my.secondlife.com is experiencing issues and is currently unavailable. This affects profiles inworld as well as from the website. We are working to resolve the issue. Please check this blog for updates.

[RESOLVED 11:28pm PST 19 Jan 2012] All billing issues have been resolved at this time.
[POSTED 11:09pm PST 19 Jan 2012] We are currently undergoing some unscheduled billing maintenance which may affect some residents. Some residents may encounter a long wait for their credit card transaction to process through the website before it cancels. Please wait for the website to time out, then delete the credit card and re-add the card again, then try once more. We are aware of the issue and working to resolve it.
