Support Case History Issue

[Posted 4:51 PM PST, 25 February 2015] We are working to resolve an issue with the support case history feature which is affecting certain case types from sending replies back to us. If you encounter an error saying, “Failed to load case” please reply to the case manually through your email. Another workaround is to submit a brand new ticket and reference the original case number in the related ticket field. Please check back here for updates.
