Rolling Restart for Server 1.32 Odds

[Nov 5, 7:12am PDT] We will be starting the rolling restarts for odd numbered sim hosts server version 1.32.

As with all of our server deploys, each region will be restarted once during one of the rolling restart periods. Most regions should be down no more than 5-10 minutes, although some fraction of the regions will take 20-30 minutes to upgrade. If your region stays down for more than 30 minutes, please contact support. Each region will receive warnings starting 5 minutes before that region is restarted.

[Resolved - 11:35 AM PST] Today’s rolling restarts are complete.
[7:51 AM PDT] We will be starting the rolling restarts for even numbered sim hosts server version 1.32.

[RESOLVED] Technical Difficulties

[6:00AM PDT] The various issues affecting residents this morning has been resolved.

[4:25AM PDT] We have made progress however this issue isn’t quite resolved.  Those who were unable to connect to Second Life should now be able to login.

[3:05AM PDT] Logins have been temporarily disabled.  Please check back shortly for further updates.

Some residents will have difficulty logging in while other residents will have some issues inworld with transactions, teleporting, and rezzing failures. Please refrain from rezzing or making any inworld transactions until we have resolved this issue.

[Updated @ 9:21am PDT] This issue has been resolved and the affected regions should have come back online.

Once again, thank you for your patience while we resolved this matter.

There are a few regions failing to come online after a restart. We are aware of the issue and working to resolve this as quickly as possible.

[03:00 Pacific]  The Second Life Support Portal is offline from now, Tue 27 Oct 03:00 Pacific, until Tue 27 Oct 06:00 Pacific.

Ticket submissions and Live Chat will not be available but Telephone support remains unaffected during this maintenance period.
