[RESOLVED] Support Case Submission Issues

[Resolved 9:10AM PST, 12 February 2016] Case submittals are now performing correctly.

[Updated 7:12AM PST, 04 February 2016] We have determined that this issue is effecting only a small number of support case submission attempts. If case submission fails, please attempt to submit the case a second time and it should process normally. We will update this blog when the issue has been completely resolved.

[Posted 3:08PM PST, 02 February 2016] We are currently performing unscheduled maintenance on our case submission system. Some users may be unable to submit support cases from https://support.secondlife.com/. We are working to correct this problem as quickly as possible. [RESOLVED] Recurring Billing Issues

[Resolved 8:45 AM PST, 12 February 2016] Recurring billing issues have been resolved.

[Posted 8:29am PST, 10 February 2016] We are aware that some residents with recurring billing charges, such as premium memberships, mainland tier fees and monthly private island fees are not having their balances properly charged to their payment methods. This is resulting in improper delinquent balance notifications sent to residents. If you are impacted, please rest assured your account status will not be negatively effected. We are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible and will update this blog when we have more information.

[RESOLVED] Rolling Maintenance Main Channel

[Resolved 7:17 PM PST, 02 February 2016]  Rolling maintenance has been completed.

[Updated 8:59am PST, 02 February 2016] Some regions originally on RC servers were incorrectly moved to the main Second Life server. We are working to restore these regions to their original server, and they will require an additional restart as a result. Please monitor this blog for further updates.
