[RESOLVED] Automated E-Mail Issue
[Resolved 3:00 pm PDT, June 15, 2012] We have resolved an issue with the automated e-mail functionality of our support case system. Due to a temporary issue, cases submitted between 6/12/12 and 6/14/12 may not automatically send e-mails when the case is updated. If you submitted a case during this time frame, we do apologize that you may not receive automated e-mails as your case is updated, though you can always check on the status of your case at our Support Portal. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused.
