[POSTED 11:09pm PST 19 Jan 2012] We are currently undergoing some unscheduled billing maintenance which may affect some residents. Some residents may encounter a long wait for their credit card transaction to process through the website before it cancels. Please wait for the website to time out, then delete the credit card and re-add the card again, then try once more. We are aware of the issue and working to resolve it.
