[RESOLVED 10:24AM PST, 31 January 2012] Today’s rolling restarts are complete.

[Updated 5:04am PST, 31 January 2012] We will be beginning today’s rolling restarts on the main Second Life server channel shorty.

[Posted 5:07pm PST, 30 January 2012] Rolling restarts for regions on the main Second Life server channel will begin on Tuesday, January 31st at approximately 5:00am PST. Please refrain from rezzing no copy objects, making inworld L$ transactions and remember to save all builds.

[Completed 5:51am PST, 31 January 2012] We have completed the inventory database maintenance for this morning.

[Posted 05:08am PST, 31 January 2012] We are about to begin conducting inventory database maintenance that may cause some residents not being able to login and some residents already inworld may be logged out. It may also prevent inventory from loading. This maintenance should not take more than an hour and a half. Please keep an eye on this blog post for updates.

[POSTED 10:03AM 28 January 2012] We are aware that some residents are experiencing log in issues caused by a stuck presence from their previous log out from Second Life. This problem can usually be cleared by logging into a different region by following these steps:

1. Open Second Life Preferences to the General tab and check the box ‘Show at Log in’ for the start location options to appear on the log in screen.
2. Using the drop down menu to the right of the Log In button on the Log in Screen, change the drop down to ‘Type region name’ and type in another region such as the region [Lime]
3. Click Log In.

If this does not allow you to log in please submit a Support case using Technical Questions > Second Life Viewer Login Issues for assistance. The cause of this issue is currently under investigation.

[CLOSED 7:00PM PST, 26 January 2012]  Profiles should be opening normally now.

[POSTED 5:40PM PST, 26 January 2012] Some Residents are receiving error messages when attempting to load profiles in world.  We’re investigating, and appreciate your patience.

[RESOLVED 2:32PM PST, 26 January 2012] Today’s inventory maintenance is complete.

[Posted 8:15AM PST, 26 January 2012] We will be performing additional inventory maintenance from 10:15AM - 11:15AM PST today. Residents may experience slower than normal response times and occasional failure to rez when rezzing items inworld.

[Posted 10:45AM PST, 26 January 2012] Our Live Chat support will be unavailable during a scheduled maintenance tonight, Thursday, January 26, 2012 beginning at 8:30 pm PST to 2:00 am PST. Our Support ticket and Phone Support systems will be available during this time.

[RESOLVED] 2:31PM PST, 23 January 2012] The my.secondlife.com issues have been resolved. Profiles are now available from both inworld and the website.
