[Resolved] Support Case and Live Chat Maintenance
Sunday, December 18th, 2011[Resolved 7:27AM PST, 18 December 2011] Yesterday’s maintenance on the support portal was completed successfully.
[Posted 7:55 AM PST, 17 December 2011] Tonight we will be performing maintenance on our ticketing (support case) and live chat systems from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM PST. Residents will be unable to submit new support cases (tickets), and may receive an error message when attempting to view older cases. In addition, residents will not be able to contact support through our chat service. Please check back here for updates.
