[Resolved 11:50 AM PST, 19 December 2011] Maintenance on our phone and chat support systems has been completed.

[Updated 8:27 AM PST, 19 December 2011] Our phone and chat support systems are still undergoing maintenance at this time. We will update this blog when we have more information to offer.

[Posted 10:40 PM PST, 18 December 2011] Due to unforseen circumstances, our Phone and Chat support systems will be down until further notice.  You may still file a support case for any issues you need resolved.  We will update this blog once we have more information and we apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.
