[RESOLVED] My Second Life Profiles Not Loading

[RESOLVED 8:16PM PST, 18 November 2011]  Processing for my.secondlife.com services has been restored. Please note the service may be slow or intermittent until caching and related support mechanisms are fully warmed up.

[POSTED  07:48PM PST, 18 November 2011] Many Residents are currently unable to load profile pages from my.secondlife.com.  We expect to have this feature back in service shortly.

[RESOLVED] ADITI Scheduled Maintenance

[RESOLVED 1:23PM PST, 17 November 2011] Today’s Maintenance on the ADITI(beta) grid has been completed.

[Posted 8:55AM PST, 17 November 2011] We will be performing scheduled maintenance on the ADITI (beta) grid today from 11am PST to 1pm PST. During this time, some regions may be offline for up to 90 minutes.

Please note this affects only those Residents who visit the ADITI (Beta) Grid. This work will not impact the AGNI (production) environment.

[Completed] Scheduled Voice Maintenance Wednesday, November 16th

[Completed 7:38AM PST, 16 November 2011] Our voice provider has completed the scheduled maintenance this morning.

[Posted 9:54AM PST, 15 November 2011] Our voice provider will be undergoing scheduled maintenance on Wednesday, November 16th between 2:00am PDT and 3:00am PDT. Residents will lose voice access if they log in during this time, change parcels, or try to initiate new group voice sessions. Existing voice sessions should remain active. Once the maintenance is complete, to return to voice, log in again or disable voice in preferences, wait 10 seconds, and enable it again.  Please keep an eye on this blog for any updates.

Ongoing Issue with Offline Regions

[POSTED 10:28AM PST, 12 November 2011] We are aware of a problem that causes regions to go offline more frequently than normal.  Our developers were alerted to the issue over the weekend and continue to work around the clock towards a solution.  We understand how disruptive this is to your inworld experience.  If your region is offline, please go to your support portal and submit a case using the following types:  “Land & Region” > “Report an Offline Region”.  This queue is being closely monitored to ensure the fastest turnaround possible.  We will post an update as soon as we have more information on resolution.

[Updated 4:55AM PST, 10 November 2011] We will be beginning our scheduled inventory server maintenance shortly.

[POSTED 3:11PM PST, 09 November 2011] We will be conducting a maintenance on some of our inventory servers tomorrow, November 10th at approximately 5:00AM PST. During this time, some Residents may not be able to login, or get logged out. Maintenance should be completed within one hour.
