[RESOLVED] Login and Teleporting Failures

[RESOLVED 1:31 PM PST, 30 November 2011]  All login issues have been resolved, and residents should now be able to perform inworld actions as normal.

[POSTED 12:30 PM PST, 30 November 2011] Some residents may be experiencing issues logging in, and residents inworld may be experiencing issues with teleporting. Please also refrain from making any inworld transactions as they may not be completed. Please continue to check this blog for updates as more information becomes available.

[RESOLVED] Rolling Restarts BlueSteel, LeTigre, and Magnum RC servers

[RESOLVED 9:29 AM PST, 30 November 2011] Today’s rolling restarts have been completed.

[Updated 6:50am PST, 30 November 2011] We will be beginning the rolling restarts on BlueSteel, LeTigre, and Magnum RC server channels shortly.

[Posted 4:30PM PST, 29 November 2011] Rolling restarts on the BlueSteel, LeTigre, and Magnum RC server channels will be starting at approximately 5:00AM Wednesday morning. Please refrain from rezzing no copy objects, making inworld L$ transactions and please save all builds.  We will also be introducing a new channel named Second Life RC KT which is a temporary channel that will be used to test an upgrade expected to roll out to all of our servers over the next 30 days.  This will not impact region functionality

[RESOLVED] Scheduled Marketplace Update

[RESOLVED 9:18 AM PST, 30 November 2011] The Marketplace update has been completed. The Marketplace is once again accessible.

[Updated 8:07am PST, 30 November 2011] We will be beginning the scheduled Marketplace update shortly. During this time, the Marketplace will not be accessible.

[POSTED 2:10PM PST, 29 November 2011] There will be Marketplace downtime on Wednesday, November 30, 2011 from 8am -10am PST for a deploy. For release notes and details on where to check out this new release, please see the Marketplace Beta Release Notes. (Once the deploy is completed, the Production Release Notes will be updated.)

[RESOLVED 2:14 PM PST, 28 November 2011] The Search listing issues have been resolved.

[Posted 7:55am PST, 23 November 2011] We are aware that new search listings and updates to current search listings are not currently displaying to all residents. Some of the affected listings are: paid classifies; land, rental, and parcel information; and events. We are investigating the cause of these issues and will provide updates to this blog as well as the JIRA for this specific issue as we have them.

[RESOLVED 2:03PM PST 24 November 2011] Region traffic calculations have returned to normal levels

[UPDATED] 3:13PM PST 22 November 2011] We believe we have identified the cause of the parcel traffic reporting problem and are working on a fix. We expect to have it in place tomorrow and will update here when the issue is resolved

[POSTED 10:15AM PST 21 November 2011] We are aware of an issue with parcel traffic reporting and are currently working on resolving this issue. We will update this blog with more information as it becomes available.

[Completed 5:47AM PST, 21 November 2011] We have completed the scheduled inventory server maintenance. All affected residents should be able to log in again.

[Updated 5:06AM PST, 21 November 2011] We will be beginning our scheduled inventory server maintenance shortly. Please make sure to save any work that you are doing as some residents will be logged off and temporarily unable to log back in during this maintenance.

[POSTED 08:26AM PST, 18 November 2011] We will be performing inventory server maintenance starting at 5:00am PST Monday, November 21st. This maintenance should be completed by 6:00am. During this time, some residents will be logged off and will be temporarily unable to log in for a brief period. This maintenance may disrupt transactions and logins.
