Second Life Grid Status Reports

[CLOSED 7:36pm PDT, 17 September 2011] Support chat and ticketing are available again.

[POSTED 7:17pm PDT, 17 September 2011]  We have about 45 minutes’ worth of maintenance to do on our support ticket and chat systems.   Both facilities should be available again by the top of the hour.
