[Update 11:25AM PDT, 23 August 2011] We are still investigating intermittent dropped connections in live chat. We will update this blog again when we have more information.

[Posted 10:22AM PDT, 23 August 2011] Some residents may have trouble initiating a live chat session at the present time; others may experience a dropped connection while chatting with our operators. We are investigating and will update here as we have more information.
