[RESOLVED] Marketplace/Support Portal Connection Issues
[RESOLVED Aug 10, 5:25pm PDT] Our Marketplace and Support Portal connection issues have been resolved, all residents will now be able to log in as normal.
[Updated 10 Aug 2011, 8:31am PDT] We are aware that residents may be experiencing intermittent failures when logging into the Marketplace and Support Portal. We are actively investigating and working on a fix for these issues. Please keep an eye on this post for updates.

[UPDATED 09:07PM PDT Aug 9, 2011] We are aware of some intermittent connectivity problems for some users trying to access the Marketplace. We are investigating and will update this blog as more information is available.
[RESOLVED 06:45PM PDT Aug 9, 2011] Maintenance on the Marketplace has been completed, and all issues have been resolved. The Marketplace is now functioning normally.
[UPDATED 04:15PM PDT Aug 9, 2011] We are still investigating the cause of the Marketplace issues. Please keep checking this blog for updates as we continue to investigate the problem.
[POSTED 11:50AM PDT Aug 9, 2011] We are currently experiencing difficulties with the Marketplace. Marketplace search is failing and some residents may be unable to login into the marketplace at this time. We are working to resolve these issues and will update you here with further information.
