[Resolved 19 May 2011, 9:05am PDT] Our local payment processor issues have been resolved.

[Posted 18 May 2011, 7:55am PDT] Some residents may be experiencing issues when attempting to use their payment method on file. Our local payment processor is reporting temporary difficulty. Purchase attempts may fail during this time. If you have multiple payment methods on file, it may be worth trying a secondary method. We are aware of the issue and will update this blog as soon as we have more information
