[RESOLVED] Rolling Restarts for regions on RC Server channels

[RESOLVED 09 Feb 2011, 11:10am PST] We have completed the rolling restart for all RC Server channels.

[Updated 09 Feb 2011, 8:25am PST] We will be beginning the rolling restart of all RC Server channels shortly. Please make sure to save all builds and refrain from making purchases during this time.

[POSTED Feb 8th 4:05 AM PST] Starting Wednesday, Feb. 9th at 8:00am PST, we will begin performing rolling restarts for regions on the RC BlueSteel server channel, then at 9:00am PST we will begin rolling restarts for regions on the RC LeTigre server channel, and finally at 10:00am PST we will begin rolling restarts for regions on the RC Magnum server channel. Please watch this blog for any new updates.

[Resolved] Some Log-In Issues

[Resolved 09 Feb 2011, 6:27am PST] We have resolved the login related issue that some residents were experiencing. All residents should be able to log in again. Please feel free to resume normal inworld activities.

[Posted 09 Feb 2011, 5:40am PST] We are aware that a small portion of residents are currently experiencing problems logging in and with inworld services. Our ops team is working to resolve this as swiftly as possible. In the mean time, please avoid making important transactions or rezzing no-copy objects.

Linden Homes Regions Restarts Wednesday Feb 9th

[RESOLVED] Support Portal maintenance

[RESOLVED 1:54 AM PST] The maintenance has been completed.

[POSTED 12:15 PST February 4th, 2011] Our Support Portal will be undergoing maintenance this evening from Friday, February 4, 2011 at 8:30pm PST to Saturday, February 5, 2011 at 1:30am PST. During this time, new Support case creation and Support case history will be unavailable. Phone and chat Support will continue to be available during normally scheduled hours. Megaprim Objects

We are aware that some megaprims were removed from the grid which have affected builds that contained the megaprims. While mega prims are not supported, we understand their value in builds.  The issue has been resolved and the object can be re-rezzed from your inventories at this time.

[RESOLVED 02 Feb 2011, 11:25AM] Today’s rolling restarts are complete.

[Updated 02 Feb 2011, 08:00am PST] Rolling restarts for regions on all Release Client versions have begun. BlueSteel began rolling at 8am PST, LeTigre will begin at 9am, and Magnum will begin at 10am. Please make sure to save all builds and refrain from making purchases during this time.

[UPDATED Feb 1st, 10:03 AM PST] Rolling restarts for regions on the main Second Life Server channel have completed for today.

[UPDATED Feb 1st, 4:54 AM PST] Rolling restarts for regions on the main Second Life server channel will begin shortly. Please make sure to save all builds and refrain from making purchases during this time.

[RESOLVED] Billing Information Not Updating

[RESOLVED 12:35PM PST] The payment processor is now operating properly. If you are still experiencing problems with billing information not updating or USD transactions failing please report it via our Support portal.

[POSTED 11:30AM PST] We are currently experiencing an issue with the payment processor causing billing information not to update. Our service providers are currently working on a solution to the problem. We recommend that residents not update billing information just now, as it will not update properly and wait until this issue is resolved. Other payments (not new updates) may also fail. We also recommend that residents wait to make USD transactions like L$ purchases. Please check back here for updates.

[RESOLVED] Registration Activation Emails Delayed

[RESOLVED 12:15PM PST] The problem with registration activation emails not going out has been resolved. Some may still be slightly delayed however all are now sending normally.
