[RESOLVED Feb 3rd, 2011 4:00am PST] All regions on the Magnum RC channel have now been restarted.

[POSTED Jan 31st 9:52pm] Beginning Monday, January 31st at 10:pm PST, all regions on the Magnum RC channel will be restarted with a five minute inworld warning. This will happen again on Tuesday, February 1st at 10pm PST for LeTigre and BlueSteel channels. And lastly on Wednesday, February 2nd at 10pm PST for the main server channels. This is not a full rolling restart; affected regions should only be offline for a few minutes.

[RESOLVED Feb 1, 2011 10:32am PST]  The maintenance has been completed; auctions should be functioning correctly in all browsers now.

[UPDATE 5:45 pm Pacific] We have confirmed that bids are successful with the Internet Explorer and Chrome browsers. We are still continuing work with other browsers.

[UPDATED 1:11PM PST] We have identified an issue with the website security certificate and that has been addressed. However, it may take some time for the server to update this information. If you are not able to place a bid, you can try a different web browser or try again later in the day. We continue to monitor the situation, any updates to this issue will be posted on this blog, so please check back periodically.

[POSTED 11:45AM PST]  We have been made aware of an auction login issue that is preventing the ability to place bids.  We are presently working on this and hope to have a resolution within the next two hours.  Any updates to this issue will be posted on this blog, so please check back periodically.

[1:50pm PST] Phone support for billing and concierge are temporarily unavailable due to technical issues. We’re working to resolve this and will post here as soon as it’s fixed.

[Resolved] Jan 26th 7:08PM PST: Voice Issues should now be resolved, if you are still experiencing issues please relog.  Thank you for your patience!

[Update] Jan 26th 6:10PM PST:  Our Service provider is still working on this outage, at this stage we have no advice as to the time frame for resolution.  We will continue to update you here.

Jan 26th 4:46PM  PST:  Some residents in-world may be experiencing difficulty using voice chat.

We’re currently checking with our service provider to obtain an ETA on their return to service and will update as soon as we have further updates.

[10:45am PST] COMPLETE - today’s rolling restarts are complete.

[8am PST January 26 2011] We’ll be performing rolling restarts on the Release Candidate channels today. Restarts on Bluesteel regions are starting immediately, and restarts on the LeTigre channels will start at 9am. Restarts on Magnum will begin at 10am.

[UPDATED Jan 25 4:42 AM PST] Rolling restarts on all main server channels will begin shortly. Please make sure to save all builds and refrain from making purchases during this time.

Starting at 5:00am PST on Tuesday, Jan. 25th, we will be performing rolling restarts on all main server channels. On Wednesday, Jan 26th at 8:00am PST, we will be restarting regions on the BlueSteel server channel, at 9:00am PST we will be restarting regions on the LeTigre server channel. [RESOLVED 11:05pm PDT] We have finished our maintenance on the International Billing cashier.  Residents with non-US debit or credit cards may make purchases through the website or in-world as normal.

[POSTED 10:02pm PDT]  We are currently performing maintenance on our International Billing cashier.  Anyone using a non-US debit or credit card should refrain from making any purchases through our website, or any L$ purchases at this time.  Please follow this blog for any new information.

[RESOLVED] International Billing Temporarily Out of Service

[RESOLVED 4:25pm PDT] Our international Cashier is now working as normal.  All non-US debit and credit cards can now be used without issue.

[UPDATE 4:02 pm Pacific] Repairs are still underway on the International Cashier. It may still intermittently fail for some Residents. If possible, please wait for the ALL CLEAR before attempting to use it.

[3:02 pm Pacific] Our International Cashier component is temporarily unavailable. This will impact any Resident who uses a non-US-based debit or credit card.

Our supplier is working at top speed to get the service enabled again. We’ll post an ALL CLEAR as soon as we have verification that the repairs are complete.
