[Posted 11:37am PDT] We are aware of an issue which may cause display names to appear as ??? ??? temporarily, both inworld and on friends lists. We are currently investigating and will update here when we have more information.

[RESOLVED] 3 NOV 2010, 1:15 PM PDT] The rolling restarts for all regions running the Second Life 10.10.20.212725 server code version have been completed.
[UPDATE 3 Nov 2010, 11:30 AM PDT] We are reverting the server code deployed in yesterday’s rolling restart. All regions running the Second Life 10.10.20.212725 server code version will be restarted. Regions on LeTigre, Bluesteel and Magnum will not be restarted at this time. They will be restarted later in the evening. [Resolved 01 Nov 2010, 9:40am PDT] At this time the billing issues with PayPal should be fully resolved. If you are experiencing issues with PayPal please contact Support.
[Update 30 Oct 9:12 AM PDT] At this time, we are not able to verify that the billing issues with PayPal are fully resolved. We will update as soon as we have more info. PayPal transactions -may- go through, however, if it is not urgent we do continue to advise refraining from PayPal purchases until an all clear is given.
