[RESOLVED] Display Names May Appear As ??? ???

[RESOLVED 3:42PM PDT] This issue has now been resolved

[Posted 11:37am PDT] We are aware of an issue which may cause display names to appear as ??? ??? temporarily, both inworld and on friends lists. We are currently investigating and will update here when we have more information.
