[RESOLVED] All network issues have been resolved.

[RESOLVED] Rolling Restart - LeTigre Servers

[RESOLVED] 12:20PM PST:Rolling Restart completed.

We will be performing rolling restarts on regions that are running the LeTigre server versions shortly (http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Beta/LeTigre). This is to update the release version of the server code. Please make sure to save all builds and refrain from making purchases during this time. Please follow this blog for any new updates.

[Resolved 07 Oct 2010, 12:06am PDT] We have resolved the issue that was affecting resident land purchases. If you are still having issues purchasing inworld land and logging out and back in does not resolve the situation please contact support.

[Posted 3:25pm PDT Oct. 6]  We are aware that some residents may be experiencing issues while trying to purchase land.  If this occurs, please log out of Second Life, and then log back in.  This should resolve the issue until such time as a permanent resolution is reached.  If you continue to have problems, please contact support.

[RESOLVED 5:22pm PDT Oct. 6th] The rolling restarts have been completed for all LeTigre and Bluesteel server versions.

[Resolved] We have become aware that some in world services are failing at this time.  Our engineers are actively working on the issue at this time.  You may experience difficulty creating and saving note cards, uploading data, and purchasing objects in world, and so please refrain from these activities.  Please watch this blog for updates the this situation.

[Resolved] New Support Case Submission Issues

[Resolved 04 Oct 2010, 7:32am PDT] We have resolved the issue preventing residents from submitting new support cases.

[Posted 04 Oct 2010, 5:11am PDT] We are aware that residents are not able to submit new support cases via the Second Life support portal at this time. We are working on bringing new case submission back online and will post an update to this blog once we have more information.

If you have previously submitted a case you can access those cases from your “Ticket History” via the support portal.

[Resolved] Inworld, Login, Teleport Issues

[Resolved 03 Oct 2010, 9:03am PDT] Inworld and login related issues have been resolved. If you are still having issues with teleporting or connecting to regions please contact Support for further assistance.

[Updated 03 Oct 2010, 8:45am PDT] We have identified the cause of the inworld and login related issues residents have been experiencing. We are in the process of fixing this issue and will post when we have completed doing so, or if any other information arises.

[Posted 03 Oct 2010, 7:28am PDT] We are aware that residents are experiencing issues inworld related to teleporting, connecting to and being disconnected from regions, and logging in world. We are investigating the source of these issues and will update this post when we have more information.

We would recommend that you refrain from rezzing any no copy objects or making and L$ transactions at this time to prevent possible inventory loss.
