[RESOLVED 10:21AM PDT]  Rolling restarts for BlueSteel RC regions have now completed.

[Posted 27 Oct 2010, 9:00am PDT] Rolling restarts are commencing now for regions on the BlueSteel RC. We will update this blog again when the restarts have been completed.
