[Resolved] New Support Case Submission Issues

[Resolved 04 Oct 2010, 7:32am PDT] We have resolved the issue preventing residents from submitting new support cases.

[Posted 04 Oct 2010, 5:11am PDT] We are aware that residents are not able to submit new support cases via the Second Life support portal at this time. We are working on bringing new case submission back online and will post an update to this blog once we have more information.

If you have previously submitted a case you can access those cases from your “Ticket History” via the support portal.
