[POSTED 3:29pm PDT] Some residents may currently be experiencing issues while trying to update their billing information through secondlife.com. We are working on the issue, and it does appear that it will be resolved on the morning of Monday, Oct. 25th. Please follow this blog for any new updates.

[POSTED 9:30am PST] We’re currently investigating an issue that may cause some residents to be unable to update their billing information. In-world transactions should not be affected. Please refrain from updating your billing information at this time, and monitor this blog for updates while we investigate further.
[UPDATED 7:24pm Pacific] Our upstream provider has confirmed the source of the disruption; a routing failure in Dallas.
[7:15 pm Pacific] Between 6:50 and 6:59 pm Pacific this evening, we had a number of Residents (and Lindens) suddenly disconnect from the Website and grid, while others remained unaffected.
We’re still assessing, but it appears to us that this was an external disruption, and that routing into our services has been fully restored.
