[RESOLVED Friday, September 10th, 2010 11:54 am PDT] The mainland region restarts have been completed.

[POSTED Friday, September 10th, 2010 8:54 am PDT] We will be restarting up to 2000 mainland regions this morning. The restarts should be completed by noon. Please check back here for updates.
