[RESOLVED] We’ll be taking Support ticket and chat out of service Wednesday morning at 11 a.m. Pacific for maintenance. We expect to have them running again within an hour.

[Update 28 SEP 2010 11:59am PDT] We are aware that some regions are still in need of work with regard to the rolling restarts. Please continue to check back here for further updates.

[Posted 28 Sept 2010, 6:00am PDT] Rolling restarts will start shortly and last until noon today. This will affect all regions, but each individual region should only be offline for a half hour or so. Please check back here for updates.

[Resolved 27 Sept 2010, 4:10am PDT] We have fixed the issue that was causing residents to have problems reaching us via our telephone support lines.
