[RESOLVED] 1.40 to 1.38 Server Rollback

[RESOLVED 12:57pm PDT]  We have completed the server rollback at this time.  Regions are now back on the 1.38 server.

[POSTED 10:53am PDT]  We are in the process of rolling back regions that are on server 1.40 to 1.38 due to some technical issues that affected a small amount of our residents.  Please monitor this blog for any new updates.

[June 17 2010 @ 7:02 am PDT] The maintenance has finished for today.

[June 16th 10:07am]  On Thursday, June 17th at 5:30am PDT, we will be performing server maintenance that will affect a small number of residents.  During this time, those residents may be logged off.  We expect this maintenance to last 90 minutes.  Please watch this post for any new updates.

[Completed 6:19pm PDT, 16 Jun 2010] We have completed the configuration work on the Support Portal. Ticket and Live Chat functions are available again.

[Posted 4:30pm PDT, 16 Jun 2010] In about fifteen minutes, we’ll be taking our Support Portal down for ninety minutes’ worth of configuration work.  During this time, ticketing and live chat functions will be unavailable.

Phone Support will remain active through the outage.

As always, if the scope or schedule of the work changes, we’ll update you here.

Planned Vivox Voice Server Restart

[Updated 3:51 am PDT, June 16, 2010] The server restart for the voice service will commence shortly. Residents may experience a short outage of voice. However, it should reconnect immediately afterwards.

[Posted 5:30pm PDT, June 15 2010] Vivox Voice Server restart, Wednesday June 16 at 4am PDT. It should last about 1-2 hours.  You may notice a disconnection from voice momentarily, and voice should reconnect automatically within a minute.

[RESOLVED] Support Portal Maintenance

[RESOLVED 4:55pm PDT] The Support portal maintenance has been completed. Live chat and ticket support is now accessible.

[UPDATED 4:00pm PDT] The Support Portal maintenance down-time has been extended until 5pm today.

The Support Portal will be undergoing maintenance from 3 until 4pm Pacific today.  During this time there will be no access to tickets or live chats.  Please watch this blog for updates.

[RESOLVED 4:38am PDT]  Our services are fully restored now.

[Update 3:58am PDT]  Although many services have returned, we’re still working on the issue and there may be several regions down as well.

[3.18am PDT]  We are aware that there has been some technical difficulties this morning affecting in-world services, the Support Portal, Avatars United and the Second Life website. We are currently investigating this situation and will post updates on this blog as soon as we know more.

Support Maintenance is complete.

[Updated 01:38am PDT, 11 Jun 2010]  While residents can now submit new tickets and chats there will be some delay overnight before recently submitted tickets will be accessible in your personal support page.  Please bear with us while our support maintenance finalises.
