[RESOLVED 8:05AM PDT] All regions are now online.

[6th April 2010 7:39AM PDT] We currently have a small number of regions offline. Our engineers are working to correct this as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience during this time.

[Resolved] Some Regions Temporarily Offline

[Resolved 2:17 pm PDT] All regions that were offline should be back online now. If your region is not back in 10 minutes please contact support.

[Posted 1:17pm PDT] Some regions have temporarily gone offline. We are currently looking into the situation. Please check back for further updates.

[RESOLVED] Billing Payment Information

[April 2, 8:15PM PDT] [RESOLVED] This issue has been resolved and payment info should now update normally.

[UPDATED April 2, 2:00PM PDT] [WORKAROUND] We’re still working to resolve this issue. If you are experiencing a problem updating your payment info, reloading the frame should allow it to update (right click > reload). Please use this as a workaround until this is resolved.

[UPDATED April 2nd, 10:15AM PDT] We are still having intermittent issues with payment information being updated through the website.  We continue to ask that you still refrain from updating any credit card information until this issue has been resolved.

[2nd April 2010, 4:44AM PDT] We are having some issues when updating payment information through the website. This is currently being investigate, please refrain from updating your credit card details until this is resolved.

[RESOLVED] Issues with New Accounts

[12:50pm Pacific] [RESOLVED] New accounts are now loading properly with inventory and avatars. If you continue to experience an issue with your avatar loading on a new account, please drag an outfit folder from inventory onto your avatar.
To do so:
Click the My Inventory icon on the right side of the screen
Go to Library
Go to Clothing
Drag a folder from within the clothing folder onto yourself.

[12:05pm Pacific] We’re currently experiencing an issue where new accounts are logging in without inventory and appearing as a default avatar or cloud. This only affects newly created accounts. We’re investigating this issue and will post here when we have more details.
