[6:05pm PDT 30 April 2010] We will be performing maintenance tonight which will cause some regions to be restarted. They should come back up very quickly. Please let us know if a region does not come back online within 30 minutes. Please follow this blog for updates.

[RESOLVED 9:06AM PST] The server maintenance has been completed.  Residents will now be able to log in as normal.

[UPDATE 6:16AM PST] The server maintenance will take longer than expected. We will update you as soon as this has been completed.

[5:30am PST - 8:00am PST]  We will be performing some maintenance and upgrades to our network tomorrow morning starting at 5:30am PDT. The maintenance is expected to proceed for approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes. During that time you may experience an inability to login and/or you may be logged out.

[10:45pm PDT] [UPDATE] Logins are currently still down. The website and support portal have come back online, though they may be slow to load or experience errors. XstreetSL.com is inaccessible as well. We’re working to resolve this as quickly as we can - please continue to check back for updates.

[9pm PDT] We’re currently experiencing login and inworld issues. We’re investigating the cause and scope of this issue and will post here when we have more information. Please do not rez no-copy objects or make transactions for the time being.

[Posted 27 Apr 2010, 4:05pm PDT] Starting around 10pm and going til 3am each day starting 27 April, we will be conducting server maintenance. Some residents maybe logged off during this time. A 5 min notice will be given prior to each region restart. Please watch this blog for any further details.

[RESOLVED - 06:07am Pacific]  Maintenance is now complete.

[4.40am Pacific]  We will be performing some maintenance and upgrades to our network this morning starting at 5am PDT. The maintenance is expected to proceed for approximately 2 hours. During that time you may experience brief packet loss and possible failed/slow teleports.

[UPDATED April 26th 7:29am PDT] The Planned maintenance on the blog at blogs.secondlife.com has been postponed. The blog will be available as normal. We will update the blog as soon as we have new information to share.

[POSTED April 22nd 4:23pm PDT] On Monday, April 26th 2010, we will be perfoming maintenance on our blog at blogs.secondlife.com.  Maintenance will begin at 8:30am PDT and should last approximately 30 minutes.  During this time, the Blogs and Forums will both be unaccessible.

[RESOLVED 8:48am PDT] Payment Process Maintenance is finished, payment information can be updated and the LindeX market is back up.

[POSTED April 22nd 2010 8:15am PDT] We are currently updating our payment processing methods, so we do ask that you please refrain from updating any payment information, as the changes will not take effect.  The LindeX market buy will also be down at this time as well.  This maintenance is expected to last approximately 30 minutes.

[Posted 14 Apr 2010, 7:00am PDT] Hi everyone, another server deploy is upon us! The schedule for the rolling restart is thus:

• 2010-04-14,  7a - 12p: Pilot sims[1] (20%)
• 2010-04-21, 7a - 12p: Remaining   sims (80%)

Regions should be down no more than 30  minutes.  If yours is down longer than that, please leave a comment with the region name and we’ll look into it.
