[Posted 11:20pm PDT, 15 Mar 2010] We are currently experiencing issues with the Live Chat and tickets. Until we resolve this issue, residents will not be able to create tickets or speak to a live chat agent. For abuse issues, please continue to use our abuse report system. Telephone support is still available. We are working to resolve this issue and will update you here with further information.

[3:00 AM] Service to XStreet has been restored!

[March 15, 2010 2:30 AM] We are aware that xstreetsl.com is currently unavailable.  This is being looked into.  Status updates will be posted here as they become available.

[RESOLVED 8:16AM PST] Both jira.secondlife.com and the wiki are back online and running as normal.

[UPDATED 8:03AM PST] jira.secondlife.com is now back up and running as normal.  We are still working on the wiki at this time.  Please check back here for new updates.

[07:49AM PST] We are currently experiencing some issues with jira.secondlife.com and the wiki. We are looking into the problem.

[RESOLVED 9:30am PST March 11, 2010]  The remaining maintenance has been concluded this morning.

[UPDATE 9:30am PST March 9, 2010] - Todays maintenance work has concluded. The balance of the work will be completed on Thursday March 11, 2010 beginning at 8:00am PST.

[POSTED 5 March 2010]  We will be performing some required maintenance on March 9th & 11th at 8 a.m. PST on both days.  This work should only last an hour each day.  This maintenance may disrupt teleporting, transactions, and logins and new registrations.  We ask that you please refrain from making any purchases in-world during this time.

We will update this posting if anything changes.

[11 Mar 2019 4:25AM] Scheduled voice maintenance is complete!  You may need to relog if any issues with voice don’t clear up after a couple minutes.

[10 Mar 2010, 6:02pm PST] The maintenance scheduled for 11 Mar starting at 3am and ending around 4am is still on target. We will update this post when the maintenance begins and ends.

[Resolved - 5.46am PST] Logins have been enabled and maintenance has been completed. If you are still unable to log in please contact support.

[POSTED 9:35am PST] Wednesday, March 10, 2010 at 5:00 a.m. Pacific, we’ll be closing logins and disabling major inworld services for one hour of upgrade work on our databases.

Residents who are in world will not be disconnected when maintenance begins, but will lose access to services such as

mapping,
teleport,
inventory,
object and L$ transfers, and
LindeX.

We’ll warn in world several minutes before the outage begins, and we’ll post any changes to the scope and schedule of the work here as they develop.

We appreciate that this will inconvenience a number of our Residents. The maintenance work is to enhance the stability and performance of our database-backed services.

[8 March 2010, 7:00PM PST] Support Portal is now online.

Until we restore access to the Support Portal, residents will not be able to create tickets or speak to a live chat agent. For abuse issues, please continue to use our abuse report system. [RESOLVED 4:41 pm PST] Public blogs and forums are back up and running normally.

[12:20 pm Pacific]  Our public blogs and forums have been taken down for a bit of unscheduled maintenance. We’re checking with our service provider to obtain an ETA on their return to service.

[RESOLVED 04 March 2010]  All restarts have been completed and the new server version has been deployed.  We appreciate your patience.

[Posted 01 March 2010, 4:05pm PST] Hi everyone, another server deploy is upon us! The schedule for the rolling restart is thus:

1. 2010-03-02, 7a - 12p: Pilot sims [1] (20%)
2. 2010-03-04, 7a - 12p: Remaining sims (80%)

Regions should be down no more than 30 minutes. If yours is down longer than that, please leave a comment with the region name and we’ll look into it. This thread will be updated with the status of the deploy when it begins.

[Resolved @ 2AM PST] Our technicians have resolved this issue.  Affected residents should be able to open and take objects back into their inventory.

[Posted @ 12:40AM PST] An issue where objects cannot be opened or taken back into inventory is being investigated.  This issue only affects a handful of residents.  Any additional information or status updates will be posted here as they are available.
