[RESOLVED March 30, 12:22AM] The Land Store issue are now resolved.

[March 30, 11:32pm PDT] We are currently experiencing issues with Land Store purchases. We recommend waiting to do any Land Store purchases until this issue is resolved. We are working quickly to correct the problem and ask that you check back with this blog post for updates.

[Posted 29 March 2010, 10:05pm PDT] Hi everyone, another server deploy is upon us! The schedule for the rolling restart is thus:

1. 2010-03-30, 7a - 12p: Pilot sims [1] (20%)
2. 2010-04-06, 7a - 12p: Remaining sims (80%)

Regions should be down no more than 30 minutes. If yours is down longer than that, please leave a comment with the region name and we’ll look into it. This thread will be updated with the status of the deploy when it begins.

On March 31, 2010, between 9:30pm and 11:30pm Pacific there will be maintenance on the system which runs our land auctions. During this time the website may be unreachable, and there may be intermittent failures for bid placement. We apologize for the inconvenience. If any changes occur in this planned schedule, we will update this post.

[Resolved 11:25 pm PDT] We have resolved the hardware issues that were affecting some residents.

[Posted 9:30pm PDT]  We’re currently experiencing some hardware issues that will affect a small number of residents. Those residents will experience issues with rezzing inventory if inworld, and login issues otherwise. Please stay posted and we’ll update here when we have more information.

[RESOLVED] The Issue Tracker and Wiki are both once again working as normal.

[POSTED 25 MARCH 2010] Our Issue Tracker and Wiki are currently unavailable at this time.  We are aware of the issue and are working to get it resolved as soon as possible.  Please watch this post for any new updates.

[Posted 23 Mar 2010, 10:00pm PDT] On March 24, 2010 starting at 11pm PDT, our phone support system will be taken down for scheduled maintenance. Phone support will be unavailable from 11pm PDT on March 24th until approximately 3am PDT on March 25th. During this time, support tickets, live chats, and abuse reports will still be available.

[POSTED March 22, 2010 11:15am PDT] Our issue tracker (jira.secondlife.com) and public Wiki will both be down for maintenance on Thursday, March 25th at 11:00PM PDT, and will last until until 2:00AM PDT on March 26th.  During this time, we do ask that residents refrain from posting any new issues, nor edit any wiki pages, as the system may be restarted and they will not be saved.

Residents should be able to log in as normal. If you are experiencing the L$-1 on your Linden balance, please restart your client and it should restore your balance to the correct number.

[1:21 am PDT] Some residents may experience login failures, Linden balance errors, and possible inventory transfer issues. Please refrain from conducting any transfers for the moment. We are currently investigating the situation and working towards a resolution, please check back shortly for further updates.
