[Posted Feb 24, 2010; 1:35pm PST] We will be performing required server maintenance tomorrow, 25 Feb, beginning at 5:00am PST and lasting for approximately 45 minutes.
Logins and new registrations will be disabled for the maintenance. There should be no significant disruption in services for those in-world.
As always, we’ll post here if the scope or scheduling of the work changes.
[RESOLVED 1:18AM PST] Avatars United web site has now been fix, you should be able to log in as normal. Thank you for your patience.
[Posted Feb 23, 2010; 7:30pm] Some users may experience some errors when attempting to log in to their account on Avatars United. We are aware of the issues and are working to resolve the issue. If you are unable to log in, we recommend you wait a short period and try again. We will update this post when we have more information.
[Posted 3:20pm PST] Our vendor will be restarting public JIRA between 1am and 4am PST on February 24th, 2010. Public JIRA should be inaccessible for about 10 to 15 minutes.

[22 Feb 2010, 7:45pm PST] We are experiencing isolated issues with search functions on Teen Second Life where opening the search window may cause the SL viewer to crash for a small set of Teen residents. If you are experiencing this issue, please send us a Support Ticket and we will investigate. We are working to correct the issue as quickly as possible.

[RESOLVED 19FEB2010 1:26 PM PST] Residents will now be able to log-in as normal. TP’s and in-world transfers are working correctly as normal. Thank you for your patience.

We are aware of this and are currently working on it. Please also hold off on making any in-world transfers as they may not be completed. [11:30am PST] We are aware of a small number of regions which are still down after the last rolling restart. We are investigating the problem and hope to have them back up as soon as possible. Please check back here for updates.

[Feb 17 2010, 8:45pm PST] Tonight, starting at about 10pm Pacific, running for 4-5 hours, we’ll be changing out some hardware, requiring us to restart the regions that are hosted on that hardware. The regions should come right back up. If you experience a region that stays down more than 30 minutes, please let us know.
