[Resolved 11:23am PST] All login issues for residents have been fixed.

[Updated 5:31pm PST] We are still working on resolving this issue; however, some people may have found they have been able to log in successfully. For accounts which are not able to login, you may see an error message, “The inventory system is unavailable”. This is related to the work being done and does not signify any issues with your inventory.

[Posted 2:15pm PST] We are currently experiencing login issues for some residents. If you have tried to login and find that it stalls at the Loading bar, you should consider that account as affected by this issue. We are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible and will update this blog post once we have further information.

[RESOLVED] 13:40PM PST Maintenance for XstreeSL has been completed and the site is now functioning normally.

[UPDATE 08:08AM PST]  Maintenance has just began for XStreetSL

As Siz posted this past weekend, XStreetSL will be offline for approximately five hours beginning at 8 a.m. Pacific on Wednesday, 2 December.

We’ll keep you updated here on any scope and schedule changes for the work.

Once XStreetSL is available again, please report any unusual behavior by opening a support ticket. We’ll also be checking the forums for reported issues.

[RESOLVED] Stipend payments delayed for some Residents.

[Resolved 3:31pm PST] The stipend payments have finished earlier than expected and all payments due should now be paid. If you show that you did not receive an expected stipend, please contact support.

[Updated 1:35pm PST] Stipends are now on their way to processing for all who have not yet received them. We will resolve this blog once they have finished deployment, which is expected to be late tonight.

We are aware of a current situation where some stipends have not yet been paid. We are working to resolve this as quickly as possible and will update this blog post as soon as we have additional information or a resolution has been reached.

[RESOLVED] Dispersed Asset and Login issues.

[RESOLVED 14:15PM PST] Problems with asset issues have been resolved. Logins, script performance and loading of assets should be returned to normal.

We are currently experiencing isolated, yet dispersive, issues with teleports, incorrect permissions, failed loading of assets, scripts not performing and related incidents. This may also have an affect on logins. If you find this to be an issue, please try logging in directly to a different region. We also suggest refraining from performing any transactions which involve L$ or no-copy assets, particularly if you are in an affected region.

We are working to resolve this as soon as possible and will update this blog post as information becomes available.
