[RESOLVED] Region restarts and isolated asset issues.

[Resolved 1:06pm PST] Both the region restart issues and transactions are now resolved. This should also resolve any related asset upload issues.

[Updated 12:41pm PST] We have identified the cause of the transaction issues and are applying a fix to affected regions. This may cause residents in those regions to be logged out without warning.

We are currently experiencing issues where some regions are not returning after a restart (or crash). This is currently being addressed as efficiently as possible. In isolated incidents, there may also be issues with asset uploads and/or transactions.
