[RESOLVED] Issues with teleports and logins

[7:45 AM PDT] This issue has been resolved, you should now be able to teleport and connect to Second Life.

[6.40 AM PDT] We are currently experiencing some issues with our logins and teleports and other services may also be affected. We are working to resolve this as soon as possible and will update with any further information.

[RESOLVED] Planned JIRA and WIKI maintenance

[Oct 7th, 8:10pm] The network on which the JIRA and wiki are located will undergo planned maintenance from 11pm to 1am PT tonight. Please check back with this blog for updates.

[RESOLVED] Temporary Issues with Xstreet SL

[RESOLVED - Oct 7th, 5:23pm PDT] We have fixed our Xstreet SL PayPal deposit problem, although we did have some PayPal payments to Xstreet SL fail during this time. If you made a PayPal payment to Xsteet SL today, October 7th 2009, between 10:30am to 5:00pm PST, that did not show up in your Xstreet SL account, we will be refunding these back to you as quickly as possible. If we have any further announcements on this issue, we will update this post.
[UPDATED - Oct 7th, 3:10pm PDT] We are continuing to investigate issues with making PayPal payments for Xstreet SL purchases.

[POSTED - Oct 7th, 1:20pm PDT] We are experiencing some XstreetSL issues after a backend release today and are addressing any problems presently. Please watch this post for further updates.

[UPDATED][COMPLETE] Rolling Restart for 1.30.1

[Update 08 October, 1:11pm PST] The rolling restart is complete for 1.30.1

[Update 08 October, 07.08am PST] The roll for odd numbered regions is now under way.

[Update 07 October, 11:41am PST] The roll for even numbered regions has been completed.

[Update 07 October, 07.00am PST] The roll for even numbered regions is now under way.

[Update 06 October, 11:50am PST] The pilot roll has been completed.

[Update 06 October, 08.00am PST] The pilot roll is now under way.

Rolling Restart for 1.30.1
The schedule is as follows:

* Tuesday, Oct. 6th: Pilot regions - [Complete]
* Wednesday, Oct. 7th: even sims (~50% of the grid) - [Complete]
* Thursday, Oct. 8th: odd sims (the other 50%)

As with all of our server deploys, each region will be restarted once during one of the rolling restart periods. Most regions should be down no more than 5-10 minutes, although some fraction of the regions will take 20-30 minutes to upgrade. If your region stays down for more than 30 minutes, please contact support. Each region will receive warnings starting 5 minutes before that region is restarted.

[Resolved] Openid logins may be delayed or fail at times

[Resolved 07:31am PST] Logins via OpenID are fully functional again.

Logins to Second Life via openid are runing at reduced capacity at present.  Logins might be delayed or fail at times.

However, normal login methods to Second Life are working correctly.

We are aware of this issue and it is being worked on.  We will update you here with further information.

[RESOLVED] Regions giving “Failed To Grant Capabilities” message.

[RESOVLED - Oct 4th, 9:55pm PDT] At this time all regions should be functioning normally.

[POSTED - Oct 4th, 7:30pm PDT] We are experiencing issues with a number of regions that respond “failed to grant capabilities ” upon trying to enter. We are currently aware of the issue and working to correct it as soon as possible. Please watch this post for updates.
