[RESOLVED] Live chat issues

[12:30pm Pacific] We’re experiencing intermittent connectivity issues with live chat support. If you’re attempting to connect and not getting a response, please wait and try again in a few minutes. We’re working to resolve this issue and will post here when we have more information.

[Resolved] Rolling Restart, Friday 09/18 8-11AM PDT

[Resolved @ 9:00 am PDT] The rolling restarts have now concluded. Once again, thank you for your patience.

[Updated @ 8:02am PDT, September 18] The rolling restart has commenced. Any residents currently logged into a region that is being restarted will be automatically logged out.

The rolling restart should finish at 11 am PDT.

We are having a small additional pilot rolling restart which will follow this schedule:

»Fri. 09/18, 8-11AM PDT : a pilot roll of ~1600 regions

As with all of our server deploys, each region will be restarted once during one of the rolling restart periods. Most regions will be down no more than 5-10 minutes, although some fraction of the regions will take 20-30 minutes to upgrade. If your region stays down for more than 30 minutes, please contact support. Each region will receive warnings starting 5 minutes before that region is restarted.

[Sep 17 4:26pm PDT] Our engineers have located an issue, and a fix has been deployed to the grid. We’ve seen a sginificant reduction in region crashes. Please contact support if you are having further crash problems.

[Sep 17 2:16pm PDT] We are currently experiencing a higher-than-normal crash rate after our rolling restart. We are aware of the issue and are working to resolve it. Please check back frequently with the blog for further updates.

[RESOLVED 7:30 PM PDT] Our Live Chat system problems have been resolved and is accessible again

[POSTED 3:20pm PDT] Our Live Chat system is currently unavailable. We are working to correct the problem with our service provider and are working to have the problem fixed as soon as possible. Until then, please use the Submit a Ticket option or wait until the system is back up and running normally. We will update this post as soon as we have more information or the problem has been resolved.

[RESOLVED] XStreet L$ Transfer Problems

[RESOLVED 8PM PDT 10 September 09] Problems have now been resolved and payments that were failing have transferred.

[6:50PM PDT 10 September 09] Currently there are problems with L$ transfers inworld from XStreet, all outgoing payments have been suspended until the issue is resolved. If you have withdrawn L$ from XStreet, this will be queued until fixed.

[RESOLVED] XStreet L$ deposits not showing

[RESOLVED 12:52pm PDT] The issues with XStreet deposits have been resolved and account balances should all show properly. If you have any further issues, please contact Support as needed.

[POSTED 11:27am PDT] There is an issue with deposits made to XStreet via payments to Exchange Street or when using a remote deposit box. Any deposits made during this time will not show as having been credited; however, they have been recorded and will be updated correctly once this issue is resolved. This started at 8am PDT this morning and is expected to be resolved in 3 hours.
