[RESOLVED - 27 Sept 09 - 12AM PDT] The Support Portal and Service Desk are now accessible again

[26 Sept 09  - 10PM PDT] The Support Portal and Service Desk is currently down from 10pm-12am Pacific Time on September 26th.  During this time, live chat support and ticket submission will be unavailable for a software update.  We will make notification once this has been completed and service is restored.
