[Sep 23, 05:17am PDT] [RESOLVED]  Ticket submissions seem to be back to normal now.

[Sep 22, 11:05pm PDT] The Support ticket system is currently experiencing minor issues. Ticket submission is taking longer to confirm on the Support page. The ticket will eventually post. We are working to correct the issue. Please refer back to this blog for further updates.
