[RESOLVED 3:26pm PDT] The Support Portal is now fully functional again. If you see any errors or issues with connecting to a Live Chat session, please try again and it should perform as normal.

[POSTED 3:00pm PDT] The Support Portal is currently inaccessible for starting Live Chat sessions, as well as New Ticket submissions. We are working to resolve this as soon as possible. Please watch this blog for information as it becomes available.
