[RESOLVED 2:38pm PDT] - The PayPal issues were resolved and should no longer be an issue. If you find you have any remaining issues, please contact Billing.

[11:32am PDT] - There are currently issues with any processes which require PayPal usage. These include buying L$ as well as credit processing/account payments. PayPal is working to correct these issues as soon as possible. Payment notifications may also be delayed or fail to show the name of the payer. Please watch this blog for further information as it becomes available.
