[12.39 am Pacific] Regions are experiencing issues with voice currently. If you can not get voice chat to work please turn off voice and then turn it back on. We will update with more information as it is received

[9:56am PDT] RESOLVED - All in-world activities should be functioning normally.

Some residents may be experiencing difficulties in-world at the moment.  These may include teleporting, uploading images or textures, saving scripts, rezzing objects.

Our engineers are working on this issue to resolve it as quickly as possible.

[UPDATE] Traffic Calculations

29 August 09 10:15pm [UPDATE] Some regions are still experiencing issues with traffic updating, this problem should be fixed with the next traffic update.

We are aware that some regions are showing 0 for traffic in Search > Places while not showing as 0 in About Land.  This should be resolved as soon as traffic calculations for the day have been completed.

[Posted @ 5:15 am PDT] Some residents are unable to purchase L$ from the LindeX™ Exchange: Buy L$ page.  There are two alternative methods to purchase L$.  You may visit and click Buy L$ under the Linden Exchange section or click the L$ balance from within the Second Life Viewer.

[RESOLVED] Paypal issues

[5:15PM Pacific] The earlier paypal issues have been resolved.

[7.49 AM Pacific] We are experiencing issues when residents are trying to upload new paypal details. These details are not being saved on the system. Those with current correct paypal details are not experiencing any issues. We will update as we know any further information.

[Completed] Voice chat maintenance - early Aug 25

[Resolved 08:47am PST] The maintenance work has finished, and all service have been restored.

On the morning of August 25, starting at 4am PDT, there will be a short maintenance for voice chat. We expect this to last no longer than 1 hour, but may be shorter. Existing voice chats should see no effect, but there may be difficulties in starting new chats during this period.

[Canceled] Upcoming Support Portal Maintenance - Aug 25th

[16:00 PDT] The projected Support Portal maintenance for Aug 25, 2009 has been canceled.  We will post here  again when we have a new date for this maintenance.

On August 25th at 5:00AM PDT our Support Portal will be down while scheduled maintenance is performed.  During this time Ticket and Live Chat support will not be available for hopefully no more than one hour.  Please note that Billing and Concierge phone support will still be available.
