Some traffic calculations delayed

[Sun July 12, 04:56am PDT] Some regions haven’t been included in our nightly traffic calculations and might show traffic as ‘0′. We are aware of this, and have taken measures to ensure that with our next run of traffic calculations those regions will be updated.

[RESOLVED] Group Chat Issues

[RESOLVED 08 July 2009 7:45pm PDT] The group chat issue has been resolved and all group chats should work as intended now.  Some individuals may yet experience some similar issues, but they should be completely resolved or at the very least, greatly reduced. We will be keeping an eye on group chat functionality to make sure it is truly resolved. If the issue does return, please see this blog for more information.

[7 July 2009 11:03 PM PDT] We are currently investigating issues with long delays on group chats, silent failures in lieu of popup errors, and other error messages. This may continue overnight as the engineering team gathers data and runs tests; we will keep this blog updated tomorrow as more information becomes available.

We are aware that certain residents and groups may be experiencing silent failures of chat (no error message is given of the failure). We are looking into this problem.

[RESOLVED] Payment Issues with Global Collect

[Resolved 04:34am PDT] The problem has been fixed. If you tried to change your payment information during the outage, you might have to re-enter your information.

We are currently having a reoccurance of problems connecting to Global Collect. This can cause updates to credit card info to not go through and some payments to fail. We will update as soon as we have more information or the problem has been rectified.

[2.40 AM Pacific] We are experiencing errors with our Global Collect System. This will mean that some credit cards will fail to update and some purchases will not go through. We are working to rectify this as soon as possible and will keep you updated on the situation.

[RESOLVED 11:32 pm Pacific] New Payment Information Not Updating for Credit/Debit Cards

[11:32 pm Pacific] Our provider has cleared the issue. Cards which have been stuck in pending status will clear as the backlog is processed.

[9:37 pm Pacific] Some Residents attempting to update their payment information at the Website are stalling in “Pending” status when supplying credit or debit cards.  Ordinarily, a valid card update is activated within a few minutes of supplying the information.

We’re investigating as quickly as possible.
