[RESOLVED] Support Portal Maintenance Tonight at 6 pm Pacific

[6:55pm PST]  Our support portal is back online

[1:00 pm Pacific] Our support system vendor will be taking the Ticket, Live Chat, and Knowledge Base systems offline for an hour of maintenance at 6 pm Pacific.  Phone support will remain available.

We’ll update if the maintenance scope or schedule changes.

[RESOLVED] Additional Rolling Restarts beginning now.

[RESOLVED 9:20 3 March] The Rolling Restarts ending March 2nd and March 3rd have been completed.

[Update 7:10pm PST March 1] Rolling restarts are beginning and will continue through to 10:00am PST March 2nd.

[Updated @ 9:06am, February 27, 2009] Rolling Restarts are finished for today and will commence again at 3:00am PST on Saturday, February 28, 2009.

[ February 27, 2009 @ 2:43am] In addition to the ongoing rolling restarts we’ll be seeing a number of rolling restarts to further the LLNet transition that began happening in January.

These will be commencing:

- Friday, 02/27, 03:00 - 09:00 am PST

- Saturday, 02/28, 03:00 - 09:00 am PST

- Sunday, 03/01, 03:00 - 09:00 am PST

Because this transition is taking place at the same time as another Rolling Restart process there is a likelihood that some regions will restart more than once.

[RESOLVED] 02:55AM PDT: Live Chat issues have now been resolved and the service is now available.

[RE-OPENED] 01:53AM PDT: Live Chat is currently unavailable, we are working to have this resolved as soon as possible.

[RESOLVED] 01:34AM PDT: The support portal issues are now resolved.

[UPDATED] 01:27AM PDT: Our third party provider is actively working to restore the support portal at this time.  We will continue to update you on the progress.

12:10AM PDT: Tickets, Live Chat and Knowledge Base services, found at Second Life’s Support Portal, are temporarily unavailable.  This is being investigated and any updates will be posted to our Status Blog.  Please note that phone support is still available.
