[RESOLVED] Voice failure in a small number of regions

[RESOLVED 8:22] Voice functionality has been restored.

[7:00AM PST] We are awaiting an update from the engineering team from the third party vendor for the voice system. As soon as we have an update we will update this blog post.

[12:00AM PST] This issue as been escalated and we continue to work on a solution.  Unfortunately, a resolution may not come until morning.

[9:05PM PST] We are getting reports of voice not working in several regions. Our technicians have already contacted our third party vendor for the voice system, who has confirmed a problem with their main server. This is being worked on as we speak and is exptected to be resolved soon.
