[CLOSED] Logins briefly disabled

[CLOSED 12:55 pm Pacific] Logins are re-enabled.

[12:54 pm Pacific] Logins have been disabled for a couple of minutes while we stabilize in world services (mapping, TP, etc.) We expect to have this cleared very shortly.
