[RESOLVED] Support phone interruption

[RESOLVED 09:19 am PST] The phone lines are back being to fully operational.

[Tuesday, 04. November 08, 08:54 am PST] Our support telephone lines are intermittently failing to connect to the agents. If your call doesn’t go through, please try again after a little while. You can also submit a ticket at your support portal.

[RESOLVED] Outage affecting 500+ Regions

One of our VPNs has temporarily failed, causing problems in about 500 regions. Our technicians are on it and should have it resolved soon. We are expecting an estimated time of about 10 minutes.

Land Auction maintenance - 5th November, 10pm-Midnight

The Land Auction system will be down for maintenance on Wednesday, November 5th from 10pm-Midnight Pacific Time.

The Land Store page will continue to function normally during this time.

[RESOLVED] In World Services Temporarily Lagging

[Resolved 5:03 pm Pacific] Service reliability should now be back to normal.

[UPDATE 4:40 pm Pacific] TPs and Group functions are also impacted.

One of our slave databases has temporarily fallen out of synchronization. This is impacting performance of the Find and Map tools, and should correct itself very shortly.

[RESOLVED] Teleport Issues

[RESOLVED 09:15 am PDT] The database is happy again, and teleport success rates are back up.

[Saturday, 01. November 08, 08:43 am PDT] Due to a slowdown of our central database, we see an increased failure rate in teleports at the moment. We are aware of the issue, and our Ops team is working to resolve this as quickly as possible.
