[RESOLVED - 13:36 PDT] The Support Portal is open again.

[RE-OPENED - 1:16pm Pacific] Support Portal is currently down. We have contacted the proper personnel and they are working on resolving the problem again.

[RESOLVED - 07:46 AM PDT] The Support Portal is open again.

We are aware that the Support Portal is currently either very slow to load or returns a “500 Internal Server Error” when trying to access the page. We have contacted the proper personnel and they are working on resolving the problem.
