Update 9:49 a.m. PDT: Registrations will be closed while we work on the central databases. The Land Store will also be temporarily unavailable.

We will briefly close logins while we work on one of our central databases. Please hold off on in-world transactions until we give an All-Clear. Service Disruptions

Rolling restart postponed again to Thu/Fri/Sat

We are postponing the rolling restart again by a day. We may need to postpone it until next week; we will make that call tomorrow (Thursday). At the moment, the plan is to have the pilot roll Thursday evening, followed by half-grid rolls on Friday and Saturday morning. Login/In-World Services Unavailable for some Residents

[Resolved 1:57 PM Pacific] The issues have been resolved and everything should be back to normal.

[1:30 PM Pacific] We have reports of sporadic unavailability of some services such as some residents not being able to log in and not being able to access inventory. We are aware of the problem and are working to bring these services back online as quickly as possible.

[Resolved - 12:15pm PDT] - The Land Store has been re-opened and registrations are once again available.

Update 11:26 a.m. PDT Website support services are now available. Our main web page is loading correctly. An update on registrations will be provided shortly.

Update 11:09 a.m. PDT While we work on website technical issues, the land store and support services will be unavailable. Support phone access for Billing and Concierge will continue to be provided.

Our website is currently redirecting to our registration page. Registrations are unavailable while our developers correct an issue we are experiencing.

[Resolved - 6:10pm PDT] - The issues have been resolved and all residents should be able to login as normal.

We are currently experiencing connection issues, mainly for users whose internet connections pass through the UK. This is a known issue with our bandwidth provider and is currently being investigated. Please watch this blog for any further details.

Rolling restart slips one day to Wed/Thu/Fri July 9-11

The rolling restart this week has slipped one day. We will do a pilot roll Wednesday evening, 07/09. Thursday morning between 5 and 9AM, we will deploy server version 1.23 to half of the regions on the grid. Friday morning between 5 and 9AM, we will deploy server version 1.23 to the rest of the grid. For more information, please see this post on the main blog.

12:12 p.m. PDT We have been given an all clear that our database has recovered. Those affected should have login ability and in-world services restored.

One of our inventory databases is experiencing overload. This can produce issues with rezzing objects and inventory issues. If you are experiencing inventory issues, please hold off conducting transactions until we give an all-clear.

[RESOLVED] Logins and In-World Services are Intermittent for Some Residents

[RESOLVED – 18:37 PM PST] Logins have stabilized as well as all other issues. At this time everyone should be able to login again. Thank you for your patience.

[UPDATE – 18:26 PM PST] Continuing to have login problems. We are working to fix this as quickly as possible.

[UPDATE - 18:00 PM PST] Logging into Live Chat and Support Portal are also experiencing difficulties at this time. We will keep you posted on the status.
